Currently working in Hospitality or Food Retail?

I’m supporting an established client, based south Gloucestershire, with rapid growth! They are seeking a Stock Coordinator to join their team and support the Logistics and Planning Manager!
What the role involves
* Keep track of stock across different warehouses, ensuring it’s available for customer delivery when needed.
* Look for any problems with stock levels, investigate why they happened, and help fix them.
* Work with key people at warehouses to ensure everything is running smoothly.
* Make sure stock is rotated correctly and adjust if needed to keep everything in order.
* Look after customer returns and get stock back into sale where possible.
* Help Sales, Customer Service, and Planning teams to spot potential stock issues and help come up with solutions.
* Keep track of stock values, dates, and sales to make sure we’re on top of everything.
* Help coordinate deliveries and ensure everything is booked properly
What you will bring
* Strong attention to detail and a logical mindset.
* Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
* Comfortable with using Excel and learning new tools.
* Enjoy working with others and building relationships.
* Previous experience isn’t required, but any background in food retail, hospitality customer service, and being data orientated!
* Self-starter with a methodical approach to work and problem-solving mindset.
* Previous experience in stock reconciliations in a challenging environment would be highly advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT-literate.
* Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Tenacious and proactive, with a drive to complete tasks on time.
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A great team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* An A Level in Maths or Physics would be beneficial!
