We are seeking to appoint a dynamic experienced SEND Teacher who can inspire, engage and excite our students in their learning through a creative and personalised provision and provide innovative and inspirational learning opportunities.
The teacher will work with the deputy head teacher to implement our creative and personalised curriculum, monitor progress and plan continuous improvements to ensure we deliver the best teaching and learning opportunities for all of our students.

The successful candidate will:
· Have Qualified Teacher Status
· Demonstrate excellent classroom practice in supporting students with profound and multiple learning disabilities as well as students with autism and those with physical and social, emotional and mental health needs.
· Have the ability to demonstrate a differentiated, inspiring approach to meet specific needs and to transfer skills creatively across the curriculum
· Have knowledge and skills of communication, sensory approaches and a range of physical therapies
* Have a passion and commitment to education for students with very complex needs
* Bring enthusiasm and energy to the role
* Be adaptable
* Have excellent communication skills and the ability to form positive and effective relationships
* Have a good understanding of curriculum and creative delivery ideas
* Be confident to lead a provision team, working towards clearly planned goals
* Plan and deliver staff CPD as needed
