The Role
As Assistant Principal, you will:
* Lead and develop a high-quality learning environment across the school
* Oversee teaching and learning, ensuring the highest standards of achievement for all students
* Monitor and enhance staff performance, providing support and training where necessary
* Ensure outstanding behaviour management and foster a culture of aspiration and success
* Support curriculum development, ensuring engaging and effective schemes of learning
