We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our client based in Swadlincote. Working as part of a fast-paced team, you will be responsible for inputting customer purchase orders and answering incoming sales office calls.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process allocated orders
2. Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls
3. Deal with after sales issues, including complaints
4. Coordinate stock returns & documentation
5. Gain good product knowledge
6. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy customer service/sales environment, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to prioritise their own workload.
