With the growth in the company, our client is looking for both a newly experienced recruiter or an experienced Recruiter with a pipeline of potential clients to develop a portfolio of current clients and candidates, with a drive and ambition to grow the company and take Cosmopolitan Recruitment to the next level as a Recruitment Manager. This means that we are looking to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, while offering a tailored and bespoke service.
You will be tasked with becoming an industry specialist and you will be asked to take ownership of clients & candidates, whilst building a team of specialists. You will have the opportunity to direct the company into new industries and sectors should you want to.
