Life as a Team Leader with Northgate Vehicle Hire
As a Team Leader, you skilfully bring to life the Northgate experience, coordinating your team of drivers to meet the needs of your customers and colleagues. You ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.
You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, co-ordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers. You have a real talent for creating productive, engaged teams where everyone works together to get things done well and on time. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, it’s over to you to inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site.
Being a successful Team Leader in branch is about using your customer service know-how, talent for motivating others, and your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude to get your team pulling in the same direction. Knowledge of vehicle rental or a similar logistics environment may be useful (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence), but what is more important is the drive and personality you can bring to the role.
