Join JoJo’s wonderful and welcoming team as our Ethical & Responsible Sourcing Assistant In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Quality, Technical, and Compliance, contributing to JoJo’s commitment to ethical trade. You’ll play an important part in delivering our ethical trade strategy and supporting the smooth management of our Code of Practice programme. If you’re passionate about making a positive impact in retail, this may be the role for you In this role, you’ll assist with reporting, contribute ideas for improvement, and help achieve key goals like our Modern Slavery targets. You’ll also collaborate on projects related to ethical trade, sustainability, and supply chain mapping, while staying informed on global compliance updates and conducting research to support our efforts. You will play a key role in managing our Code of Practice audits, from onboarding new factories to maintaining our audit database and generating reports. You'll coordinate audits, review findings, and work closely with suppliers and auditors to address risks and drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance across our supply chain.
