Interim Finance Project Manager (JR48289)
Leading UK Retailer are looking to hire an Interim Finance Project Manager for a 6 month interim period initially, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern, with a combination of remote working and at least 2/3 days per week in their head office in Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support finance team with standardisation of cyclical finance processes
* Work within newly implemented ERP to map all finance processes
* Identify, recommend and implement new efficient processes to fix gaps in month-end close process
* Ensure that all finance staff are able to work with new processes, to ensure repeatability
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Accountant
* Experienced Senior Finance Professional, with a business partnering mentality
* Strong experience of process mapping of data in Finance ERPs
* Background in a multi-site environment (Retail or similar), with an appreciation of multiple cost centres
