Job Description Join a friendly and busy team within the animal care industry, helping customers get the supplies they need We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator in York to support a team with processing orders and handling enquiries. This is on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. If you have experience working within an office-based Customer Service role, are confident on the phone, and enjoy speaking with people, this could be a great role for you Some of the Customer Service Administrator duties are: Processing customer orders from the website and email inbox into Sage 50 Speaking with customers to assist with enquiries Providing updates on orders and notifying customers of any delays We’re looking for a friendly and approachable person who can chat with customers and colleagues alike, and who has excellent IT skills able to work on different systems. This will be working part-time, 3-4 days a week, Monday to Thursday 9am-2 or 3pm, earning a salary of £14.35 per hour.
