Full time hours on a temporary basis
1. Deliver a customer-focused recruitment service using an e-recruitment platform.
2. Process payroll input for new starters.
3. Handle recruitment queries from managers and provide timely, accurate information.
4. Support recruitment and selection for schools and partner agencies.
5. Assist managers with recruitment documentation, including adverts and candidate packs.
6. Ensure recruitment processes meet deadlines and comply with statutory requirements and policies.
7. Address candidate queries professionally and promptly.
8. Maintain and record all recruitment-related documentation.
9. Provide management information on recruitment activity and trends.
10. Weekly update of internal vacancies for redeployees.
11. Manage pre-employment checks.
12. Process new starter documentation for payroll.
13. Ensure new starters have necessary information for their first day.
14. Update vacancy information on agencies, job sites, and internet sites.
15. Support assessment activities in recruitment processes.
16. Liaise with resourcing partners and agencies for effective recruitment, including briefing and agreeing on adverts and campaigns.
17. Provide general support to HR & OD projects and casework activities.
