* Manage the production of approximately 600 meals daily
* Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety standards
* Innovate with nutritious and balanced menus, catering to a diverse range of dietary requirements
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in a chef management role, ideally in an educational or high-volume environment
* A passion for creating delicious, healthy meals
* Strong leadership skills to manage a team and ensure smooth service
