Application Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching KS2, particulary year 4 is beneficial Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour and implement positive behaviour strategies. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire children of all abilities. Passionate about creating a positive, inclusive learning environment. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum. Manage classroom behavior effectively, especially with pupils who may be disruptive. Implement positive behaviour strategies and reward systems to encourage good behaviour and engagement. Monitor pupil progress, providing support where necessary, particularly for those who may struggle to focus. Build positive relationships with students, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged in their learning.
