Job Title: Office AdministratorLocation: Sevenoaks (access to car is required due to location)Pay: £12 - £13.50ph (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:Join our team as an Office Administrator and play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our Gas/Water contracts! �? Your responsibilities will include:
* Importing works from client systems into Works Management Systems with a keen eye for accuracy ??
* Manually building works and entering permit work starts, stops, and registration details on multiple contracts
* Timely reporting on works instructions and distribution internally and externally ??
* Administering 2hr and 4hr defects from Clients/Highway Authorities
* Auditing photos to ensure compliance with Client requirements ??
* Managing defective and interim reinstatements while liaising with Depots, external partners, and Highway Authorities

* Previous experience in an administration-focused role
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite ??
* Excellent customer service skills
* An understanding of NSWA legislation (preferred but not essential)
