Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and facilities management of new office locations.
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory regulations.
* Work closely with project teams to transition workplaces smoothly.
* Manage contracts and service providers for facilities operations.
* Oversee budgets, track project progress, and report updates.
* Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless office experience.
