Schools HR Consultancy Team at Ealing This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. We are highly regarded and valued by our school customer base and want the successful candidate to consolidate on and develop existing strengths. In an increasingly competitive market and with a national agenda that promotes increasing numbers of academy schools, the team needs to ensure that it employs high calibre staff with the right knowledge and experience, to encourage schools to continue to buy into the service. You will need to be able to provide a wide range of HR services to schools, particularly around supporting headteachers to manage people and dealing with complex casework as well as short term projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial focus alongside experience of internal HR consultancy or business partnering in a unionised school or education environment. Your knowledge and skills will command credibility with our key stakeholders. You will be expected to work flexibly, in a hybrid working environment, and work from home, in the office and out at schools. In view of the nature of this position, the role is subject to enhanced vetting as part of the recruitment process. This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a good command of spoken and written English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role.
