* Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
* Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
* Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all phases of construction.
* Prepare project documentation, including reports and project updates for stakeholders
* Manage project packages and hire subcontractors to carry out various works
* Negotiate prices with subcontractors and manage their timeline and schedule
* Perform quality control on works performed by subcontractors and ensure the smooth handover from one subcontractor to another

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
