Key responsibilities:
* Prepare and handle board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions
* Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters, including the incorporation of companies
* Assist with updating statutory registers and filing documents with Companies House
* Support due diligence efforts and manage data rooms for corporate transactions
* Conduct company and completion searches
* Provide advice and support to property management companies, including assistance with handovers
* Assist team members with research on current developments in corporate governance
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role
