Senior Architects / Architectural Technologists / Part 3 Architects
MB Architecture are a multi-award-winning architectural practice looking for a RIBA part 3 Architect who is proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working within the UK residential sector and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Architectural design, Planning, Building Regulations and the Construction process.
You will be Registered with the Architects Registration Board.

You will be working alongside a dedicated dynamic team, some chartered / certified and some working towards their chartered / certified status. You will report directly to the owner of the business.
You will attend site some days, work in the office other days, and work remotely as required.

We run a 4 days in the office and visiting site, and 1 day working from home arrangement at present. We have clean, modern, comfortable offices and the latest technology and software.
It is essential that you:
* Have at least 3 years working experience using Revit and/or AutoCAD in an architectural environment.
* Are self-initiated with design flair.
* Are fluent in written and spoken English.
* Have good communication and time management skills.
* Are passionate about customer satisfaction.
* Have a car and a full UK licence.
* Are able to work well individually as well as in a team to ensure progress and client satisfaction are maintained.
* Have on-site experience of working with contractors, clients and the professional team.
* Have a good understanding of traditional and contemporary design.
* Are able to demonstrate a portfolio of UK projects.
* Are willing to learn and grow with the business.
* Are based within 20 miles of Woking, Surrey.
* Will partake in our CPD programme and regular socials and events.
* May or may not hold RIBA Chartered Status.
