ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT
The Field Service Engineer reports to the Service Manager and is in charge of installation, service and repair of the machineries. He/She is also responsible for our customers' operating training.
ACTIVITIES
• Provide mechanical installation, repair and maintenance service on our machineries to our customers sites
• Responsible for maintenance & operating training to customer representatives
• Ensure trouble shooting analyze and diagnose for all machineries malfunctioning cases, whether mechanical, electronic/electrical, and pneumatic
• Service intervention directly to customer sites in order to make all necessary arrangements to ensure the efficient and successful problem resolution
• Service Reporting
• Establish a good working relationship with customers on all sites ans ensure their satisfaction at all times
• Ensure the Company polices and guidelines are adhered to at all times
• Ensure all company equipment is kept secure at all times
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in technical service interventions mainly on industry machineries
• Technical Diploma or Equivalent
• Troubleshooting
• Mechanical, electronic/electrical, and pneumatic principles knowledge
• Expertise in the use of mechanical and electrical measuring instruments
• Able to programme in Siemens, Fanuk, Omron, Heidenhain languages
• Availale and able to travel at worldwide level (an average of 200 business trips per year)
• Problem solving attitude
• High level of English (knowledge of a second language)
