What you will be doing as our Administrator The administrator role is a key position, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the reception, meeting and greeting all visitors, and maintaining a safe and well-maintained office environment. Responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Reception Ensure a warm professional welcome for all visitors. Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries promptly. Manage the reception area, ensuring tidiness. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Building (Housekeeping/Maintenance) Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services. Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas. Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections and maintain records. Administrational Provide administrative support and respond to queries. Maintain internal systems, including databases and spreadsheets. Print and stamp letters for posting as required.
