We are pleased to announce we have a permanent position as a Digital Marketing Officer in our Marketing & Communications team.
We are looking for someone with experience in digital marketing who can bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach. If you have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and fantastic communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the Society’s digital communications. This includes managing social media engagement, updating and optimising the website, overseeing digital advertising, and creating compelling online marketing materials such as social media graphics.
A key part of this role is building strong relationships with teams across the Society to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively communicated and delivered.

We are seeking an experienced digital marketer with a strong understanding of social media platforms, campaign management, and content creation. You will have a great way with words and be full of innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence.
We want someone who will actively engage with staff, visit branches, and capture great moments for our marketing campaigns. If you have experience in digital marketing, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about showcasing our brand—this could be the role for you!
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
* Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably product or B2C marketing (in-house or agency-side).
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and data-driven campaign optimisation.
* Previous experience in email marketing, social media management, content creation, and platforms such as Campaign Master.
* Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
* Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
* Basic knowledge of website design, usability, and accessibility.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A creative, self-motivated, and proactive mindset.
* Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
