Job Description
Key responsibilities:
* Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve overdue invoices.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to address credit-related issues.
* Monitor credit limits and assess creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
* Setting credit limit and payment terms
* Prepare accurate reports and maintain financial records.
* Handle customer queries professionally to maintain strong relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Credit Controller requires:
* Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial software such as SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
* A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
