Candidates must have clear experience handling asbestos projects and documents within an office setting and must be able to manage teams of staff both on-site and within the administrative department. The role will require a diverse and adaptable skillset and so candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their flexibility and well-rounded industry knowledge. Applicants will need to be based within a commutable distance to the office, however, the role will involve client meetings off-site. Experience / Qualifications: - You will have extensive experience working within a UKAS Accredited Asbestos outfit, managing an office daily as well as supporting site projects and appointments - It would be beneficial to hold BOHS P Certifications, or any RSPH equivalents (e.g. P401, P402, P403, P404, P405) - Must have a strong aptitude for report writing and using IT applications - Well-rounded industry knowledge, including UKAS and HSG guidelines - Experienced in working closely with all areas of the business - Strong leadership skills - Will be have an organised and thorough work approach The Role: - You will be managing daily operations within the company, including office support and on-site delivery of projects - Monitoring productivity within the office, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met or exceeded - Being a key point of contact for clients, in order to provide ongoing support with contracts, including: troubleshooting problems or handling complaints - Meeting with new clients to establish contractual requirements and set up accounts - Supporting administrators and coordinators on a daily basis, through training and problemsolving - Interviewing and recruiting new members of the team, both for the office and on site - Working closely with Directors and senior managers and providing any help they require - Processing invoices and payments and supporting the accounting team where needed - Maintaining or improving client relationships - Ensuring staff are working in accordance with industry and health & safety guidelines Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
