We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the Clinical Support Services (CSS) Divisional Management Team. CSS contains all the services which support the four hospital sites, including Pathology, Radiology, Anaesthetics, Critical Care, Resuscitation, Pharmacy, Psychological Medicine, Pain Management and Outpatients.
The primary focus of the role will be providing direct support to the Senior Divisional Management Team and enhancing the Team’s effectiveness. This will include undertaking routine duties to a high standard, such as organising meetings and following up meeting actions, managing the complaints process and managing the Divisional management office. However, the postholder will also have the opportunity to undertake projects and complement the work within the Divisional Team on improving performance.
The role requires an enthusiastic and highly adaptable approach to working in a dynamic and demanding environment, maintaining confidentiality, and building excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

The role will support the Divisional Director, Divisional Director of Operations, Divisional Director of Nursing and Divisional Medical Director. It will also support the wider CSS Divisional Management Team consisting of 14 individuals supporting HR, finance and governance functions.
