Profile Key Responsibilities: Lead on our Talent Learning Management System (LMS) by ensuring compliance to core mandatory videos and eLearning modules are completed. Driving training compliance forward by reporting and attending managers operational meetings. Oversee all training related compliance. Responsible for implementing and overseeing completion of change management initiatives. Management of overseeing all course completion certificates compliance within both airlines and the CAA guidelines. Lead on apprenticeships alongside being a mentor support for our apprentices and colleagues undergoing qualifications via the apprenticeship levy. Design, Deliver and Evaluate a new Leadership Development Programme. Design and Build videos and digital eLearning content that aligns to QHSE and airline requirements. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders by managing these relationships and being the first point of contact for training in a fast-paced environment. Whether that is training programmes, performance management etc. Review, update training policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with the current UK legislation, QHSE policies and aligned to our Newrest Non-negotiables. Certified Technical knowledge.
