Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Northolt, West London
Salary: £65K + Car / Car Allowance
The Role:
* Responsible for managing electrical projects with M&E value up to £5 million.
* Conduct site surveys and liaise with clients, ensuring project specifications are met.
* Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring adherence to client requirements, safety, quality, and supplier performance.
* Supervise and direct overall project activities, including planning, coordinating, and resolving issues.
* Manage project financials, including procurement, costings, and budget analysis.
* Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and necessary documentation for project execution.
* Brief installation personnel and manage their activities on-site.
* Resolve installation and access issues promptly.
* Attend internal progress meetings and ensure project timelines are adhered to.
* Complete and submit as-installed documentation upon project completion.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Strong organizational skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective liaison with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
* Experience in health and safety management, alongside knowledge of industry standards and compliance.
