The Apple Store Online Performance and Planning team is responsible for understanding the Apple Store Online Commercial Performance in order to shape future decisions with initiatives, campaigns and programs. Description This role will use and analyse multiple sources of data in order to report performance results, weekly executive reporting on key business KPIs, identify trends and actionable insights that support decision-makers across the Apple Store Online Commercial Team. You will focus on developing and presenting ASO Business Analytics, insights and reports across all Apple Store Online markets, segments and platforms in EMEIA. The role will require business reports being generated (Excel, Keynote, Tableau) for ASO and cross functional retail teams. In pursuit of this, the role will also be required to: - Provide insights on ASO customer behaviour to key local and global business partners - Develop and maintain relationships with a core group of business stakeholders and build strong regional relationships with the global analytics function - Work cross functionally and collaboratively with Retail teams to build a consistent story on trends and insights Minimum Qualifications Relevant analytical experience clearly demonstrating the ability to analyse and manipulate data in Excel; experience of Tableau a plus Experience of effectively interpreting large, wide-ranging data sets and creating effective insights through succinct and astute visualisation with Excel and/or Tableau Accomplished presentation and communication skills, being able to tell your story in a structured way to variable audiences and across multiple platforms Commercial focus and mindset Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Driven self starter; Inclination for problem-solving; Strong mathematical acumen Critical thinking; Ability to write comprehensive insights Ability to design rich data visualisations in Tableau to communicate complex ideas. Experience with web analytics tools like Adobe or Google Analytics Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Strong in Keynote Strong command of English (2nd language would be a plus), both written and spoken Education & Experience Additional Requirements
