IT D365 Project Manager - Contract role Oxfordshire - Hybrid £450 £550 pd - Outside IR35 3-6 Months with possible extension Role Purpose: Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage the ongoing work in their Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations ERP application. They have a number of critical business requirements to deliver over the coming 9 months, including system readiness for manufacturing, integrations with PLM and MES and other ad-hoc system improvements. The D365 project team is supported by a number of business SMEs and internal and external D365 resources. This will also work closely with the IT Enterprise Applications Programme Manager as well as PLM and MES PMs. Operational Duties: Work in conjunction with the IT Enterprise Applications Programme Manager and other application Project Managers to implement manufacturing requirements in Dynamics 365 and the required integrations with other applications (PLM, MES, QMS) to enable Banbury manufacturing to meet FAT, SAT and SOP milestones. Review & prioritise the business requests backlog in conjunction with business SMEs and external provider. Co-ordinate business testing and manage changes through to implementation into production environment. Work with the IT ERP specialist and Applications Manager to form an environment strategy Work with stakeholders to ensure system license count is maintained in line with system expansion to new areas of the business (e.g. Manufacturing) Work with functional leads, business stakeholders and other 3rd party suppliers to scope, plan and implement continuous improvements, additional features/functionality and integrations as required. Work with the Head of IT, Applications Manager, Indirect Procurement and Legal team leads to size and implement future support requirements included 24/7 incident management for global operations. Manage D365 project budget Manag, lead and support relevant meetings as appropriate. These must include project progress reports, executive summaries, RAID logs etc (meeting cadence/structure TBD) Strive to ensure the business adopts "best practice" processes where possible.
