You will join our amazing team at our residential service in Deeping St James which has been rated Good by CQC. We support 5 adults with dual sensory complex needs including physical disabilities and challenging behaviour. This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. We are offering £25,370 per annum (£13.01 per hour) with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews. A full manual UK driving licence essential- we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips. Shifts vary but generally start around 07.00am with the latest start around 4.30pm. You will be expected to work every other weekend.We are located in Deeping St James with the town of Market Deeping 5 minutes away and Peterborough City Centre 20 minutes away.This role would suit an experienced Team Leader/Senior Support Worker looking for the next step in their career.Please note:
