Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients.
Oversee the full customer lifecycle, from quoting and invoicing to delivery and aftersales.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and internal procedures.Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear KPIs and providing coaching.
Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and safety-conscious team culture.Client Strategy & Satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Conduct regular business reviews to enhance service and identify growth opportunities.
Drive client retention through proactive issue resolution and engagement.Commercial Growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
Collaborate with sales and operations to develop strategic account plans.
Report on account performance and trends to guide decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide client insights to inform product and service improvements.
Senior Account Manager
Experience & Skills Required:
7+ years in account management or client services within manufacturing or engineering
Proven leadership experience managing teams and high-value customer portfolios
Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Background in aerospace or precision engineering preferred
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field desirable
