The Property Management team delivers tailored, high-quality services for diverse assets, emphasizing teamwork across disciplines such as surveying, facilities management, finance, and specialist services. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of high-profile Central London assets, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction through innovative and sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee a diverse portfolio of premium office and mixed-use assets.
2. Lead multidisciplinary teams, including finance, facilities management, and specialist service teams.
3. Ensure properties meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, security, and repair.
4. Drive sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives tailored to each asset.
5. Maintain competitive service charges and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance asset performance and value.
Qualifications & Skills
1. MRICS qualified with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience.
2. Proven ability to manage large multi-let office assets and lead teams.
3. Strong client-facing and business development skills.
