Electronics Engineer | Edinburgh | £50,000
The client, a leader in scientific product development, is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join their team in Edinburgh. This opportunity involves working on advanced electronics for scientific detectors, focusing on high-speed current detection and developing cutting-edge detectors.
* Contribute to the design of analogue and digital electronics, driving new product development.
* Collaborate with the team to optimize detector systems for maximum speed and reliability.
* Work on PCB design using Altium, contributing to the development of high-performance systems.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an electronics engineer.
* Broad experience in electronics design, including FPGA and VHDL knowledge.
* Familiarity with embedded C and embedded software would be beneficial.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Edinburgh, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 for a 37.5-hour work week.
