We offer life insurance, a minimum of 33 annual leave days, medical cash plan, salary sacrifice pension scheme, counselling and mental health support, gym membership, retail discounts and more What you will be doing: -Playing a key role in the expansion of SPARK TSL’s current portfolio with responsibility for targeting the NHS and Healthcare sector and to develop new business opportunities -Generating additional revenue streams from both existing customers and new customers. -Leading the sales process from initial opportunity to securing the completed contract and ensuring successful transition to delivery. -Identifying and developing relationships with the key stakeholders needed to drive sales forward. -Owning customer and prospect interactions including face to face meetings across the UK. -Understanding customer needs and requirements, and acting as a trusted advisor to meet those needs through SPARK TSL’s products and services. -Delivering or exceeding the agreed sales and gross margin target. -Providing up to date pipeline and forecast data and ensuring all information is documented accurately in the CRM system. -Working with other departments to ensure all potential opportunities are maximised, new leads serviced and retention opportunities leveraged. -Maintaining customer attrition levels against target. -Working collaboratively and closely with Marketing, and Account Managers and Executives; teamwork is important to us. -Being part of marketing activities including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and more. What we are looking for: Essential: -Demonstrable experience in selling software and system integration solutions into multi-stakeholder account environments e.g. large corporate enterprise and/or the public sector. -Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. -Experienced in communicating technical aspects of a product to clients. -Excellent core sales skills including pipeline management, presentation skills, closing capability, CRM discipline and contract negotiation. -Sound understanding of the competitive landscape commercially and technically. -Great customer-care mentality and a can-do attitude to resolving problems and creating opportunities. -Strong verbal and written communication skills, versatile to engage with individuals at all levels and comfortable working with ‘C’ Level contacts within the NHS as well as internal project delivery teams. -Self-motivated and takes pride in their work; consistently strives for excellence. -Comfortable working independently and having individual accountability for results. Able to prioritise in response to changing demands and deliver to deadlines with minimum supervision. -Personable and a team player who is supportive, collaborative and contributes to the greater good of the business. -Willing to travel and stay away overnight as needed. -Proficient with IT including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
