A new opportunity has arisen supporting customers in an award-winning business in Farnborough. The team are based in theirnewly refurbished offices, and the company provides modern facilities and lots of perks while you’re working.This varied role will be looking after customers from Tuesday to Saturday, with a mix of hours 8.30am-4.30pm, 12-8pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm. Hours are on a fixed rota so there’ll be no surprises from week to week.The company provides a thorough training programme so you can learn how to provide the best service to customers. The role would suit bright, friendly candidates with some customer service experience, possibly in retail, hospitality, or a similar environment.Customer Service Advisers will be:
* Helping customers with email, phone, and live chat queries.
* Responding to queries and comments via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
* Answering general queries about the website and mobile app.
* Supporting the management team as needed with general admin.
