The senior leadership team are committed to nurturing talent and promoting from within, we have seen several promotions in the last 2 years with engineers stepping into management positions. Working a 2 days, 2 nights 4 off shift pattern the business promotes a healthy work life balance. Responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer: Both reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed packing machinery. Undertake machine start up routine and non-routine planned shutdown as required. To undertake full diagnosis and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime. To communicate machine status and performance across shift. Qualifications and attributes required to become a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer: Time served or Apprentice Trained Engineer. NVQ/ City and Guilds Level 3 or greater either Mechanically or Electrically 17th/ 18th Edition Experience within a Food or Fast paced Manufacturing Environment. You will need to be a team player and have a passion for learning. You must have an electrical bias to apply for this role.
