We have an exciting IT SharePoint Analyst role to become a part of our specialized SharePoint/Web team housed within the IT department. Our focus is on ushering in forthcoming capabilities across cloud-based applications, harnessing the complete array of Microsoft's latest toolsets. This endeavor aims to establish a pioneering approach that propels our business functions forward.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs.
2. Coordinate and supervise the activities of team members.
3. Take ownership of and solve complex technical problems within your specialty.
4. Prioritize work and manage time to deliver solutions for incidents, problems, change requests, and projects, meeting Service Level Agreements.
5. Work with the business to analyze requirements, design, and deliver solutions.
6. Provide support for migration projects as required.
7. Understand business requirements and translate them into solution frameworks/architectures.
8. Collaborate with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident and problem resolution.
9. Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders.
10. Work independently on complex tasks.
11. Coordinate development of code elements and review them.
12. Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business.
13. Ensure solutions adhere to internal and external standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates should have experience in an IT web technology role, excellent communication skills, strong web skills, and the ability to understand business requirements and identify suitable web solutions.
