Location: Will be the closest SARC to the successful candidate. It is a regional role with Hybrid working, being on site and working from home but will include the following SARC locations: Hackenthorpe SARC, Sheffield Bridge House SARC, York Hazlehurst Adult SARC, Leeds Hazlehurst CSAAS SARC, Leeds Casa Suite SARC, Hull Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 (Full Time Equivalent) pro rata, Plus Discretionary annual bonus & Car allowance. Hours: 32 hours per week, Usually Monday - Friday but flexibility required for out of hours cover. The role of SARCs is critical in providing victims of sexual assault with the dedicated support and care required. Acting as an advocate for patients who attend the centre, empowering them to feel in control and where applicable, providing support during the forensic examination process. As this is a regional role, a local SARC base will be allocated with the expectation to travel across the region to all sites when required. The role allows working from home when not required on site. All of our senior clinical team have the ability to step in at short notice to support gaps in provision. This will not be on a regular basis, however, in addition to the responsibilities above the work of a Healthcare Professional is included as part of the role.
