My client is looking for a “Senior Building Surveyor” to join their stunning offices in Plymouth. The Opportunity
The successful “Senior Building Surveyors” key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with a Project Director to execute building surveying commissions and supervise team members
Assisting the broader team in delivering building surveying commissions
Enhancing technical knowledge to provide guidance across various sectors
Regularly engaging with clients on a project-specific level spanning multiple sectors
Initiating client meetings at project inception to formulate a project brief.
Preparing feasibility studies and project proposals.
Developing designs or overseeing a design team.
Generating specifications and tender packs.
Analysing and preparing project programs.
Providing guidance on procurement strategies and advising on different forms of contracts.
Supervising the entire tender process.
Overseeing project management duties from initiation to completion.
Prior experience in conducting condition surveys and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is also highly desirable.

£50000 - £65000 basic salary based on experience
