Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a Smoking Cessation Co-ordinator to join the Smoking Cessation team, you willsupport implementation of the NHS Long Term Plan for Treating Tobacco Dependence within Secondary Care Main duties of the job We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who's rolewill involve face to face mainly ward based communication, working closely with all staff and establishing and maintaining a robust, accessible and flexible support team for Staff and Patients.Previous experience/knowledge of smoking issues essentialHours can be flexible.
