We are a cleaning and facilities company and have just won a new contract worth £3m. With this comes a new exciting role - HR Manager.
The role is essential to managing the employee life cycle which includes recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, achieving employee resolutions, performance management, and handling the final termination processes.
The role will be an initial 3-month contract and then will be made permanent in early 2025.
Strong engagement with all employees is required to provide important support and care to the wider team in the business. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person to join our fast-growing team.
The right applicant should be self-motivated, articulate, and professional. The ideal candidate should have experience in Human Resources with a keen interest to apply their skills and develop their expertise. This is an exciting opportunity to take a central role in assisting our rapid company growth.
You are expected to be fully qualified CIPD or degree equivalent and must be able to document from personal experience management of the following:
* Extensive knowledge in all dealings with TUPE
* Managing the onboarding process and handling all paperwork
* Performance managing employees
* Talent management
* Handling all employee relations
* Managing the discipline and grievance process
* Running our employee engagement projects
* Looking at leadership development
This role is based in HQ in Orpington but occasional travel to other sites within the M25 might be required.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £45,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
