Trainee Quality Administrator – Textiles
Initial 12 month FTC with review for a permanent offering.
£26,000
Trainee level offered. Huddersfield
My textiles client exceeds their customers' quality expectations and they are looking to find someone that has an interest in Quality & Textiles. In return, they are keen to offer a career with full training to be part of the quality team. They are open to candidates that are interested in testing and administration to join their hugely successful British brand at their site in Huddersfield.
It may be that you have a textiles degree, an interest in garment fabrics and how they are made, or you may already be a quality administrator wanting to experience life in a new brand.
All of their stunning fabrics are assessed for risk and superb quality, whilst they strive to always meet performance requirements for their impressive international customers.
The position is a varied role between hands-on quality testing with fabric equipment and administrative compliance.
You will be supporting the senior quality manager and quality team with all administrative duties, quality checking yarns and fabrics with a variety of testing, identifying samples to check, delivering items for quality, and coordinating with warehouse teams for any quality issues and how to package correctly. You will also be updating customer service teams, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and handling general quality administration.
