We have the exciting, internal only opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join Jubilee Mews This is a 30 hour per week, 9 month contract. You will be working in a specialist rehabilitation and recovery unit in Gosforth. You will have a maximum case load of two Service Users and will be responsible for liaising with the wider MDT to complete assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of their care and support. We accept referrals from Acute Assessment Wards, Forensic Services and Prisons. Our main focus is to support Service Users to move into their own accommodation or Step Down Support. We work in the least restrictive way and collaborate closely with the individual and other professionals to offer ‘just enough’ support, so that people can take the risks they need to in order to reach their potential, flourish in life and transition into a community setting.
