Job Description Workday Reporting Analyst Full Time 37.5 hours per week Remote Working As a Workday Reporting & HR Analytics Specialist, You will be responsible for leading the implementation of new Reports and Dashboards in Workday, by gathering business requirements across different departments and building new reporting functionalities in the system. You will act as the go-to person for any Workday Reporting related matters, providing users support, suggesting new ideas for improvements and ensuring HR data quality to aid decision-making activities. What you’ll do: Oversee the end-to-end request process for new reports and changes to existing ones; gather and document the requirement, prioritization, testing and delivery Develop and maintain reporting through all Workdays modules: Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruitment, Payroll Maintain the global reporting catalogue, with a complete understanding of which reports are available and which users can use Proficient in creating and utilising all necessary Workday calculated field functions Able to manage complex projects from start to finish Collaborate with HR to promote data governance to help improve data quality and insight Provide HR Reporting and Analytics support to key stakeholder (e.g. HR Business teams, Talent, Reward, Payroll and Finance) Oversee and develop a suite of monthly HR reports and metrics used by various HR stakeholders and ensure that any changes and updates are implemented Builds of reporting dashboards to support/share insight/trends within people data Projects – provide ongoing analyst support for various HR projects including M&A activities, integrating, builds and loading people data Help develop HR data and reporting processes across HR, ensuring consistency and simplification Partner with various HR stakeholders to build and manage an HR Dashboard and consistent set of supporting HR metrics Respond to ad-hoc HR reporting requests Develop and provide training to HR teams on extracting HR data and reports from HR system and analysing the data to produce insightful metrics This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.
