Element has an opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support both the Product Certification and Technical departments in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained. This role will involve coordinating certification processes for products and personnel, ensuring the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), and working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Assists as a member of the quality team to: Ensure compliance with new and existing quality standards, conformity assessment standards and regulations while implementing the QMS Provide quality support to the Senior Quality Manager and to operational colleagues Monitor and report on all quality activities, processes and procedures Determine data-driven solutions and implement quality improvement plans in liaison with the Senior Quality Manager and operations team Implement internal audit tools, conduct and report on internal audits to management. Perform regular reviews to ensure colleagues adhere to company policies Assist with the development of processes and procedures and with the implementation of the eQMS Provide departments with quality planning and support for operational and technical activities Conduct or assist with regulatory and quality training sessions Prepare and maintain quality management documentation Ensure implementation of the QMS in relation to incident management (including complaints) by following-up on, investigating and closing incidents and associated Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) Ensure quality on-boarding for new colleagues and supporting on-going training Manage technical standards through the creation of watch lists with suppliers (i.e. Accuris) Works with department supervisors, technical experts to ensure the overall QMS is followed and maintained through effective communication with colleagues at all levels Professional in approach when receiving and processing internal and external (e.g., customer) enquiries including when these need to be passed on to technical colleagues (as required) Ensure the QMS and eQMS are fully implemented and maintained and disseminate information to colleagues on quality metrics as required Must be able to present information to management in a timely matter Works independently with little to no supervision and effectively as part of a team Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Technical Sciences) or equivalent experience Knowledge/experience with product certification regulations (e.g. CPR) and processes is an advantage Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17024, ISO/IEC 17065, etc.) Experience in quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CAPA, RCA) is an advantage Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software toolsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for product certification and personnel training Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify process improvements Proactive, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working with others LI-JD2 Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
