Are you passionate about shaping the future of data-driven products? As a Data Product Manager at Asda, you'll be the maestro orchestrating the development and execution of innovative data solutions.
- The Product Manager won’t be responsible for the product vision or strategy, but rather for understanding the vision & strategy and communicating it to their squad & stakeholders, and providing input to it for groundbreaking data products that align with our strategic goals and resonate with our user needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams with zest, fostering collaboration between data scientists, engineers, architects and business stakeholdersto turn ideas into reality.
- Master the art of Agile, guiding your squad through sprint planning and backlog refinement with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Be the go-to guru for your product, offering wisdom and direction that steers your team towards success.
- Dive deep into user research, wielding your analytical prowess to uncover opportunities that set our data products apart.
- Craft and communicate compelling product roadmaps and release plans, ensuring everyone is in sync and excited about what's to come.
- Define and track KPIs that not only measure success but also tell a story of impact and continuous improvement.
