Do you have previous experience with Payroll, Accounts, Invoicing, GST, Quotations, Tax Returns, Administration, Operations Support, Asset Management Systems, and more?

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support
* Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Filing, scanning, and document management
* Assisting with scheduling and diary management
* General office duties as required
What We're Looking For:
* Previous administration experience (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience in Xero and/or Payroll
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
