Then please read on: Working 08:00 - 16:45 Monday to Thursday with a 15:00 finish on a Friday and receiving: 25 days holiday the public holidays (8) Pension scheme Life insurance (after 2 years) Long service awards and many more bespoke internal benefits you will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and: Preparing daily bank recs Preparing accounts for foreign subsidiaries Processing payments and receipts Managing prepayments, accruals, petty cash, credit card etc Reconciling balance sheet Preparing intercompany recs Monitoring & processing expense claims in line with company policy Completing month end procedures up to TB level Covering credit controllers role during periods of absence You will need: A must have - excellent accounting knowledge/experience - purchase and sales ledger, petty cash, month end, recs etc Experience of using Excel to a high level Confidence in working with high volume of data Experience of working with various currencies - not essential Knowledge of Quickbooks & Sage with preferable knowledge of Syteline - not essential.
