* Oversee cleaning teams and conduct regular inspections of serviced accommodation properties.
* Coordinate the setup of new apartments for guests during the onboarding process.
* Conduct property viewings, liaise with tenants, and manage lease paperwork.
* Resolve property-related issues swiftly and professionally to ensure smooth operations.
* Be on-hand for occasional calls in the evenings or weekends to provide excellent customer service.
* Opportunity to enhance our social media presence if you have a flair for digital marketing.
About You:

* A genuine understanding of the lettings and property management world through first-hand experience.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* This role can be demanding at times—when things go wrong or tenants are frustrated, you'll be the type to handle it with professionalism, keeping things calm and resolving issues wherever possible.
* Experience with software such as Arthur, Eviivo, G-Suite, Xero and other modern tools is a plus. Please let us know in your cover letter what software you’re familiar with.
