Complex Care Supervisor - Maidstone plus covering all our care packages across Kent.

Hours: Full-time hours to include 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends.

Continuity of Care Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Complex Care Supervisor to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Complex Care Assistants and will report to the Care Managers. You will collaborate with staff, management, families, and professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience. You must be available to work alternate weekends, have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee Complex Care Assistants offering support, supervision and conducting wellbeing checks across all our care packages in Kent
- Build trust with our clients and their families
- Perform care duties, including personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks.
- Report to the Care Management team on all aspects of client care.
- Update and review care plans.
- Manage competency assessments, including medication sign-offs.
- Conduct risk assessments and reviews.
- Ensure compliance is up-to-date and maintained
- Participate in the on-call rota, shared with the wider team
- Ensure PPE is stocked in all client homes.
- Assist with onboarding and shadowing of new team members.
- Coordinate with Care Managers & Resources Admin to cover rotas.
- Collaborate with Care Managers and recruitment to meet staffing requirements and conduct interviews as needed.
- Coordinate and attend meetings and training sessions for clients and team members.
- Organize and participate in company and team events.
- Perform office administration
As our Complex Care Supervisor, you must have:
- Complex care experience encompassing patience, empathy and compassion
- An NVQ level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or above.
- A full UK driving licence and have access to a car
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy.
