Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a high end design and manufacture of luxury and stylish products to recruit for a permanent Sales and Purchasing Administrator This company is extremely well establish and was recently bought out and injected with a huge investment making this the perfect time to join this thriving and growing company Salary - £26,000 Hours of work are 37.5 Per week, 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break, 32 days holiday including statutory days. Role Responsibilities - This role will support 3 departments which includes Sales, Purchasing and Operations make this role a key player in the business Daily duties Processing sales orders Customer enquires from start to finish Managing sales order through the system to works completion Raising purchasing orders on ERP system Administration for bill of materials Use of Excel (ideally V look ups) to analyse data within the purchasing team For this role we are looking for previous Sales and or Purchasing Administration skills from with Engineering or Manufacturing companies, a positive customer service attitude and ability to manage you time and workload as well as good accuracy please do not delay in apply as we are looking for an immediate start
